My ACDSee 3.0 has stopped working on my PC for some unknown reason. And launching Photoshop CS3 to do some simple resizing, cropping, level balancing and rotation is like killing a mosquito with a shotgun.

XnView is a good replacement, and it’s freeware. It can do much more than ACDSee 3.0. 10.3MB.

There’s also a PocketPC version that works on Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 : XnView Pocket. 1.93MB. This, too, is a freeware.

Very highly recommended.
