The advantage of having too many devices is that you can switch from one to another, anytime you want. The downside is that you will need to install and login to many apps, including the same apps, individually, on each device. And this brings about the problem of too many, sometimes repeated, notifications on each app, on each device.
For example, you can have Facebook on each of your devices, of one same account or different accounts. And with Dual App, different accounts on the same app. Each of them will send you notifications. You can, of course, turn off their notification function, at the risk of missing those important ones. So now you will have to check on each device of yours to read them.
Bridge is an app that shares the notifications across your devices. My main phone is now my receiver for notifications from other apps on other devices. I can read and then delete them on my main phone, and they will disappear on the corresponding devices.
NCleaner (Notification Cleaner), on the other hand, collects notifications on your phone and place them under one single notification icon, decluttering your notification bar. Of course, you can specify from which app in the list. You can also hide those ‘ongoing notifications’ that can’t be removed from your notification bar. For hiding ‘ongoing notifications’, there is another ‘TidyPanel’ that can do the same, but the same function is already available in NCleaner. ‘TidyPanel’ allows you to hide notification based on Title, Body or Keyword.
Combining these two apps, every notification is now at the accumulative tip of my main phone. I can read and delete them just by tapping and swiping on its screen. Bridge collects them to my main phone while NCleaner records and deletes them from other devices.
Coupled with the app ‘Notification History’, all or a certain selected notifications can be stored and backed up on your phone, forever, or for a specified amount of time.
