師奶拗柴，做了磁振造影，報告如下：

Impression:
▪️Complete tear of the ATFL with medial and lateral ankle subcutaneous tissue edema.
▪️Intrasubstance sprain of the CFL.
▪️Mild tenosynovitis of the posterior tibialis, peroneus brevis and longus tendons.
▪️Ankle and subtalar joint effusions.
▪️Achilles tendinopathy.

幫她在解剖圖上標記了受影響的部位，讓她自己看。

Anterior talofibular ligament (ATFL)
Calcaneofibular ligament (CFL)
Tibialis posterior
Peroneus longus
Peroneus brevis
Achilles (Calcaneal) tendon
Classic & typical ankle sprain: plantar flexion + inversion + internal rotation.
