   Some suggestions that I have gotten:

   – It is in part ‘A’.

   – Stand very close to the fan you want to control, and press the remote controller. The other fan would then not be affected.

   – Point the remote controller towards one particular direction, and it will not affect the other fan.

   – Take the fan down, remove the blades, open everything up and locate the DIP switches. This is a 2-person effort.

   – I have not seen this type of remote controllers before. But why do you want to adjust the switches? If they are same models, there are likely set to the same frequency. So I would try using another remote and see if the other fan reacts? (sic)

   Download cosa alpha instruction manual, it shows how to pair the fan’s receiver with the remote controller. I suppose you can set the dip switches of one of the remote controller to a different one and set the receiver of one of the fan to pair with the new frequency.

      There are too many versions of Cosa Alpha manuals. So far has not found any for this model. Many of them have their receivers in part A, the so-called ‘top canopy’.

      But this particular model has its receiver inside part C.

      Problem has been solved.
